Welcome to Walks of Budapest (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a tour, using our website, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Walks of Budapest offers guided walking tours, private car tours, day trips, and culinary experiences in Budapest and across Hungary. All services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made directly through our website, via email, or through authorized partners.
• Prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• By confirming a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and make timely payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure (extreme weather, government restrictions, safety concerns), we may cancel or reschedule the tour. Customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
• Customers must follow the guide’s instructions to ensure their own safety.
• Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be communicated in advance.
• Walks of Budapest is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost personal belongings during the tours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Walks of Budapest and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior consent.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information only for booking and communication purposes.
• Data is handled in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to deliver services (e.g., payment processors).

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk. Walks of Budapest, its employees, and partners are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other claims except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest.
