Groups of more than 8
Our private tours go up to 8 people, which is the largest group one guide can hold on a street without a headset. Past that it becomes a different thing: two guides, sometimes a coach, and a price somebody has to think about.
Tell us who is coming and we will come back with a number within 24 hours.
What actually changes with a large group
- Two guides, not one. Twenty people around a single voice hear nothing. We split the group and bring it back together at the stops.
- Transport stops being optional. On foot, a large group strings out over half a street. Depending on the route we put a coach in.
- The pace is set by whoever walks slowest. Which is why we ask about mobility: it changes the route, not just the price.
